Code Building is the process of writing, testing, debugging/troubleshooting, and maintaining the source code of computer programs. The code may be a modification of an existing source or something completely new. The purpose of programming is to create a program that exhibits a certain desired behavior (customization). The process of writing source code often requires expertise in many different subjects, including knowledge of the application domain, specialized algorithms and formal logic.

Points to Ponder

Two members per team.
Participants will be provided with a reference book by use of which the code must be built.
Time limit: 45 minutes.

- Participants should produce a bonafide certificate at the time of registration.
- Participants should bring their college ID cards.
- Spot registration will be done (Except paper presentation) from 9.00am to 9.30am on 19^th February 2010.
- Confirmation from the selected candidate should reach on or before 17^th February.
- Email & Postal address are compulsory.
- TA / DA will not be provided.
- Accommodations will be provided for distant participants only.
- Decision of the judges will be the ultimate.
