The Computerised Library is housed in a separate two storeyed building with a built up area of 2,000sq.m. Library is kept open on all working days from 8 a.m to 7 p.m and 9 a.m to 1 p.m on holidays. The Library has a Collection of 27,362 volumes. In addition to this, number of journals, periodicals, technical magazines and e-journals are also available for reference. DELNET service is also available.
Students, Staff, authorities of the Institution and occasional visitors(with the Permission of the Principal or the Librarian)are eligible to use the Library.
Reference Materials, Books, current periodicals and bound & loose back volumes etc. can be referred in the Library. Books which are kept under special category will be issued on requisition. Taking clippings of advertisements, removalof plates or diagrams and any other forms of mutilationare stictly forbidden. If anything of this nature is observed, severe disciplinary action will be taken and they will not be permitted to utilise the Library facilities further.
