Introduction

        With a mission to prompt the excellence in the field of Computer applications and provide the higher education for the rural students, PSREC started M.C.A. course in the year 2002 with initial intake of 60. The department not only inculcates the knowledge but also moral and ethical values to make the student as a valuable, noble professional and also a good citizenship. We module the student to become employable graduates. The department is fully equipped with infrastructures, such as 4 computer center with not less than 131 high-end configuration systems and 4 high-end configuration servers with all necessary accessories.

The Vision of the department is

  • To upgrade our department into a self-sustained and advanced level technological department.

  • To upgrade our department as a research centre.

  • To produce disciplined well-equipped students to meet any challenges of tomorrow expectations.


The Mission of the department are

  • To impart Quality Education among the rural based youths and to offer higher level training that encompasses both theory and practices with human and social values.

  • To equip the students to face tomorrow's technology embedded global changes.
